About TimsMenus.ca

We track the Canadian Tim Hortons menu — every item, every size, every price, every published nutrition panel — and keep it in one place that is actually current. This page explains who does that, where the numbers come from, and what this site is not.

Why This Site Exists

Ask a simple question about Tim Hortons — what does a medium French Vanilla cost, how many calories are in a Farmer's Wrap, is the store on the highway open at 4 AM — and the answer is scattered across a dozen places, most of them out of date. Aggregator sites copy each other's figures from years ago. Forum threads quote prices from a different province. Even the official app only shows you the store you are standing near.

TimsMenus.ca exists to be the one page that answers the question properly. Every price on this site was pulled from Tim Hortons' own ordering system rather than typed in from a photo of a menu board. Every calorie figure is Tim Hortons' published number for a standard build. Every one of the 3,865 restaurants in the locator came from the brand's own location data, with its real hours and phone number attached.

And when a number does not exist, we say so instead of filling the gap. 62 menu items carry no usable nutrition panel from Tim Hortons — mostly retail packs and catering urns — and those pages show nothing rather than an estimate dressed up as a fact.

How We Get Our Data

Menu, prices and nutrition come from Tim Hortons' own public ordering and content systems — the same sources the official website and app read from. Prices are captured against a real Toronto restaurant, because Tim Hortons prices are set per franchise and there is no such thing as a single national price. Where an item is sold in several sizes, every size is captured with its own price and calorie count rather than picking one and calling it the price.

Locations and hours come from the brand's own store data: address, coordinates, phone number, drive thru status and the full weekly schedule for each restaurant. Where a field is genuinely missing — and for a handful of stores the hours or phone number simply are not published — the card says so rather than showing a plausible-looking guess.

Nutrition gets an integrity gate. Tim Hortons' content system mixes complete nutrition panels with modifier records that look like panels but are not, and some of those carry impossible values. Anything that fails a plausibility check is refused outright, not corrected, which is why 62 items show no panel at all. A refused value is never quietly replaced with an estimate.

How often it refreshes. The whole site rebuilds weekly, re-reading prices, hours and nutrition from source each time. The "Updated" date on a page reflects that cycle — it means the page was regenerated against current data, not that a person rewrote the prose that day.

Corrections matter more than volume. If a price on this site is wrong, we want to know. Every page has a route to tell us, and errors get fixed on the next rebuild rather than sitting for months.

What We Are Not

This Is an Independent Site

Independent site. Not affiliated with Tim Hortons. TimsMenus.ca is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or connected to Tim Hortons, Restaurant Brands International, or any of their subsidiaries or franchisees. We do not take orders, process payments, issue refunds, run the rewards programme or speak for the company in any way.

"Tim Hortons", "Timbits", "Tims Rewards", "Iced Capp" and all associated logos and product names are trademarks of their respective owners. They are used here for identification and reference only, which is what makes it possible to write about the menu at all.

For anything official — an order problem, a complaint, a franchise enquiry, a gift card dispute, or the final word on a price — go to timhortons.ca. We are a reference, not a substitute.

Who Runs This

TimsMenus.ca is run by a small editorial team rather than a named personality. We are not going to invent a food writer with a biography and a photograph to make the site feel more personal — plenty of sites do exactly that, and it is precisely the kind of thing that should make you trust a page less, not more.

What we will tell you is how the work is actually done. The data collection is automated against Tim Hortons' public sources and re-runs weekly. The editorial decisions — which categories exist, what counts as a plausible nutrition value, when to say "we do not know" — are made by people and documented in the site's own build rules. Where a judgement call was made, the page tends to say so out loud rather than hiding it.

We fund the site through advertising. That has no bearing on what appears here: there are no paid placements in the menu data, no sponsored items, and no arrangement of any kind with Tim Hortons or its franchisees. If that ever changed, this page would say so before anything else did.
