1. What this site is

TimsMenus.ca publishes information about the Canadian Tim Hortons menu, restaurant locations, hours and nutrition, together with calculators built on that data. It exists for reference. We do not sell anything, take orders, accept payments, operate a rewards programme or act for any restaurant.

2. Accuracy — read this one

We work hard to keep the data current, and the site rebuilds weekly against source. Even so, the following are always true and you should plan around them:

• Prices differ by restaurant. Every Tim Hortons in Canada is independently owned and sets its own prices. The figures here come from a Toronto reference restaurant. Airport, highway, hospital and campus locations are routinely higher.
• Hours differ by restaurant and change. What we show is the dominant schedule computed from real store data, plus each restaurant's own published hours where available. A store can change its hours without telling anyone.
• Nutrition is Tim Hortons' published figure for a standard build. Any change at the counter — a different milk, an extra shot, a sauce — changes it. 62 items carry no published panel at all, and for those we show nothing rather than an estimate.
• Availability varies. Seasonal and regional items appear and disappear, and an item on this site may not exist at your restaurant today.

If a decision matters — an allergy, a budget, a special trip — confirm it with the restaurant. We provide information, not guarantees.

3. Independence and trademarks

Independent site. Not affiliated with Tim Hortons. TimsMenus.ca is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or connected to Tim Hortons, Restaurant Brands International, or any subsidiary or franchisee.

"Tim Hortons", "Timbits", "Tims Rewards", "Iced Capp", "Roll Up To Win" and all related names, logos and product names are trademarks of their respective owners, used here for identification and reference only. No claim of ownership is made or implied. For official matters, go to timhortons.ca.

4. Using the site

You may read, print and share pages for personal use. You may not:

• Scrape or bulk-copy the data for republication without asking us first.
• Present the content as your own, or as coming from Tim Hortons.
• Interfere with the site, its forms or its infrastructure, or attempt to break its security.
• Use the site for anything unlawful.

The compiled data, page text, tools and design are ours. Underlying facts — a price, a calorie count — are not owned by anyone, but the work of assembling and verifying them is.

5. Ratings and comments

Anyone may rate an item or leave a comment without an account. By submitting one you confirm the content is yours to post, and you grant us a non-exclusive right to display, store and remove it.

We remove content that is spam, advertising, abusive, hateful, defamatory, off-topic, or that contains someone's personal information. We do not have to explain a removal, and moderation is not a promise to catch everything — comments are the opinions of whoever wrote them, not ours.

6. Third-party links

We link out to Tim Hortons, app stores, delivery services and reference material. Those sites have their own terms and privacy practices, and we are not responsible for their content or what happens once you leave.

7. Liability

The site is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on the information here — including a price that turned out to be different, hours that had changed, an item that was unavailable, or a nutrition figure that did not match what was served. Section 2 exists precisely because those things happen.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

8. Changes and availability

We may update these terms; the effective date at the top changes when we do, and continuing to use the site means accepting the current version. We may also change, suspend or discontinue any part of the site without notice.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the province in which the site is operated, without regard to conflict of law rules.
